Below you will find the main components of T2MAX and their purposes:

Sodium Hyaluronate

Also known as hyaluronic acid, this ingredient moisturises and protects the skin. Today it is used in many skincare and makeup applications as it helps the skin retain water in its surface layers, protects it from external aggressions and makes it feel soft and supple.

Glycerin

Glycerin (or glycerol) is the backbone of all fats known as triglycerides. It is a colourless, odourless, viscous liquid that is sweet-tasting, non-toxic and has great hydrating properties when used on the skin. It is naturally present in the skin, making it a substance the body can easily absorb.

Urea

Urea is also a natural chemical compound, produced in the body. It has great water retention properties and can penetrate even the deepest levels of the skin. This makes it great for moisturising skin as it helps lock in water and gives it a plump, firm, wrinkle-free look.

Lactic Acid

For skincare purposes, it can be included in creams and lotions to increase the skin’s water retention, smoothing over of wrinkles and the reduction of other signs of ageing. In T2 Max it is particularly useful for inhibiting bacterial and fungal growth.

Propylene Glycol

Propylene glycol is used in T2MAX as a humectant. This means that it stops the product from drying out. Since T2MAX is water-based, this is particularly important. Without the addition of propylene glycol, the lubricant could evaporate within minutes. It is part of many food and cosmetic products and is recognised as safe by both the WHO and the FDA.

Sodium Citrate

Sodium citrate is commonly used as a buffering agent in combination with citric acid to provide precise pH control in a multitude of products, from cosmetics to food. In T2MAX it ensures the product has the same pH level as the genital area to avoid causing irritation and support the natural environment.

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose is a gelling and thickening agent made from cellulose. It is used in many cosmetic and body care products and helps hold all ingredients together and give them the desired texture.

Citric Acid

This ingredient helps the products maintain their freshness over time. It provides precise pH control in the same way as Sodium Citrate as they both are being used as a buffering agent and pH control.

Deionised Water

Deionised water (DI water,) often synonymous with demineralised water (DM water), is ultra pure water that has been deeply demineralised through a multi-stage water purification process.
